The Locrian Mode is played over min7b5 chords but the b2 is always pretty dissonant. The Locrian♮2 mode takes care of that, though it's not super common.

I think there is a problem with how you spell the locrian natural 2 (and therefore the locrian). The lesson shows the C locrian natural 2 as having an Fb, but C locrian (7th mode of Db major scale) does not havee an Fb; the F is natural. The breakdown showing whole and half steps has the same problem.
