I run usually the Justinguitar App without any problems on an Ipad, with my Apple Account. Now I installed the App on a new iMac M4, the installation is ok, but the app does not recognise the login with my Apple Account: “The email and the password does not match”.
I’m going to guess it’s because it’s an iPad app and was never designed to run on a Mac. You’re probably out of luck but tagging @MusopiaApps for comments
What do you mean by your ‘Apple Account’? You should have an Apple Account for logging in on all things Apple, and an account for the JG app - they’re not the same (unless you use the exact same credentials). Is it the JG login (not your Apple login) on your iPad that doesn’t work on your Mac?
I don’t have the app anymore, but I used to run it on an M1 and it worked fine (although with a few quirks as it’s designed for phone/tablet).
When I installed the first time the Justin Guitar APP on my ipad, i chose to sign up with the apple account (you can choose between email, google, apple). I an therefore able to log into the JG app from my iphone and from my ipad, chosing “apple” from the login options. If i do the same from the imac, the login fails, because user/password are not recognized.

The app is not optimised for Macbook/Mac devices and you can encounter issues/glitches when running the app on them because of this.
