Semi-hollow squire strat. I think I need to lower the bridge but I can’t find how to do that with this kind of bridge. Any recommendations to point me in right direction.
Spin the nuts the bridge is sitting on down. You can do it with you fingers. That’s why there are grips on them and not a regular nut.

The arrow i pointing to the screws you adjust to alter the intonation; (by moving up or down the saddles, the string gets shorter or longer) That’s not what you are after but chances are likely you need to check intonation when altering the bridge height with the 2 big round nuts with the ridges on it.
Not a bad idea to release tension a bit by detuning your strings some steps down before altering the bridge height
