Hey guys sorry for the double post i just updated this video and song.
I like how this turned out so i wanted to edit it as such.
I also remixed/mastered the song.
Cover take 2 of The Chain!
One more for the month of March!!! Decided to cover The Chain again (My way) and add an lesson to it as the Principle i work with absolutely loves how i do it!! Enjoy!!
Whooo Livin On A Prayer! Not perfect and kinda messed up my guitar in the camera, least the lil Oakley shows off chewing her bone lol.
Just a couple demos, yes I messed up alot in vocals in playing lmao, im not use to jamming with others was fun though none the less, looking forward fo us jamming more!!!
Hes a beginner and picking stuff up quick, im trying to show him simple stuffs!
Messed up or not, doesn’t really matter, man! You had tons of fun, obviously! Thanks for sharing, even though it makes me jealous, as I don’t have anyone to jam with and my gigging era is long past…
Well done lads its great to jam with somebody its a massive help and brings both players on heaps and bounds, you just need to keep going, you will certainly feel and hear the improvements its really worth the effort cheers Hec
Might I suggest that you sit facing towards each other, not away.
Communication and visual cues are really important when playing with others. Eye contact, seeing what the other is playing, non-verbal nods and other body language is all important.
Thanks man! Ive even been playing with my principle at school, we actually have a talent show to attend this friday! Fun fun! Rehearsal is Wed. Get to play in front of like 1300 people lol. We did it last year as well it was awesome!!
You did a good job with the guitar accompaniment: consistent timing; subtle and effective variations to the strumming pattern. The second voice track on the chorus is not helpful: sometimes not in sync and not in tune. You and your guitar are doing well on the verses and I’m sure you could carry the chorus too. Liked it!
Thanks for listening! Could be coming from the delay and slight copy paste and moved to the side of the original track that I did. Figured it would sound cool!
