Absolutely fantastic interview with Matt. He explained so many things that I had been teetering around musically for many years but never quite understood, I probably still don’t fully. A lot of the music and songs he referenced I have in my music collection and never fully put the connections together or the why.
I think I need to go and practice on my guitar and listen more to blues and jazz more and then listen to what I play when I try to play.
