Hey Mati -
If I understand your question correctly then I think you are doing the right thing with the pick angle. Have you seen this lesson … Justin discusses this from about the 2.40 mark.

Hi Mati. Kudos for posting a video short to show us what you are doing. I see no issues with your thumb and the way it bends. I do suggest bringing the pick a little further within your grip so that you have less of the tip sticking out from between thumb and 1st finger.
It would be great to see a follow up video of you strumming - either a chord or even just muted strings.

Hi
yes i have seen this
And thanks for telling me that im doing the right thing with pick angle
Dear sir
I will post it soon with a follow-up video.
Mati, I looked at your video. You seem to be worried that your pick is twisting to the side when you bend your thumb. Actually, that is a good thing. You don’t want the pick to hit the strings flat against the string. Justin warned about this. It is best for the pick the hit the strings at an angle so that the pick rolls off the string as it picks the string. Then the pick does not get caught on the strings. You don’t have to bend the thumb too much for strumming. A little angle is good.

Understood and thank you so much
Hi Mati, I listened to your strumming the A and D chord (and also E chord
).
The chords sound very good to me and the strumming has a consistent rhythm.

Hi Mati, I just wanted to add one thing to correct what I had said earlier about bending ther thumb when holding the pick and strumming. I don’t think that you should focus on bending your thumb at all as a beginner. I don’t think that you are bending your thumb in the video and that is good. I think that bending your thumb could cause you to grip your pick too tight and cause your hand to be tense. I am not a teacher, just a strummer for 50 years. Hopefully, @Richard_close2u, the teacher, agrees with me. The most important thing for a beginner to focus with strumming on is good steady consistent rhythm of the strumming arm and relaxed strumming hand.
I am also just following what Justin does. Look at the picture at the top of the page of the JG website Module 1. It shows Justin playing an electric guitar and strumming a D chord. Look at his strumming hand. His thumb is straight and all his fingers are extended except for his thumb and index or first finger. That is a good relaxed strumming hand.

Hi Mati, one more suggestion. If you want better feedback and advice from the community, I suggest that you start a post in the Community / Community Hub / Learning Log section. ]
You can look at other learning logs to see how you can record your progress and post videos or sound clips of your progress and get advice and support.

Hi sir I’m thankful that you heard
Hi sir I really like your advice i will check right now
Hi @matimusic
Everything is looking smooth and relaxed.
You are landing your fingers all at once for chord grips - great.
You are able to talk easily while playing - showing that there is no strain in what you’re doing that requires a lot of mental effort and concentration.
Your strumming arm is relaxed and follows a rhythmic down and up motion throughout.
You should be happy with your progress so far - all good.
