Mic issues after going to IOS 26

I recently updated my iPhone 16 and iPad Pro (6th gen) and now the tuner doesn’t recognize the E and A strings, and the app doesn’t recognize chords.
It worked fine before, but not now.

I’ve removed and reinstalled the app and restarted both devices multiple times.

My tuner works fine but my one minute changes are DOA
