Microphone Issues

Hi everyone,

I’m having issues on the app with the microphone. When I use the tuner or exercises that record you playing (chords etc) my microphone doesnt seem to pick up the 6th or 5th strings? The microphone is definitely on. Im using a pretty old Samsung Galaxy Tab A for the app… Would plugging in an external microphone help? And if so does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks for any help :pray:

its not your microphone … I dont think it is … the exercices never pick up the notes on my app too
