Enjoyed that session very much.
Takeaways for me were

  1. the concept of cognitive load
  2. The influence on the number of connections has on the ability to recall the whole song
  3. Learn a simple , but complete version to get the framework down before sweating the detail

This is such an important topic. I see so many performers today both online and IRL who make no attempt to ever get off the sheet. That’s a big barrier to their musical journey
