I paid to use the Practical Music theory course years ago, I was aware that they were going to start charging a subscription, but I read on here that people already subscribed to it and paying were going to be honoured with the old system, I think it was a certain amount of money every 6 months? Not sure, but I have not cancelled payments and now I am locked out of the course, any ideas?
David, I know that the team were doing some work behind the scenes involving the database of subscribers and some people lost their access - me included - for a while. How do you clear cache?
This depends on browser and device. Best to google: “How to clear cache of X browser on Y device”.
