The App stopped hearing guitar for practice like chord perfect and changes, having no luck with support from Musopia. Any advice on requesting help with a bug
Hi Mike, I and another new user is having problems and we aren’t getting any serious help yet I will let you know if this changes, they only suggested that Avi should uninstall the app then reinstall and play 4 or 5 songs and see if that helps mmmm I tried this and I still have a problem so let us see cheers Hec

Same here, not recognizing notes: it appears to me to be device specific however and not JustinAPP version specific, nor iOS specific…
I’m running the same version of the JustinApp, version 3.17.2, on two Apple devices
It DOES work on my iPhone iOS 11Pro (IOS 17.6.1 & 18.3.1)
It DOES NOT work on my iPad 9th gen, (iOS 18.3) (nor on my old, old iPad mini)
[parenthetically, it used to work on the iPad mini, but ceased to after an JustinAPP upgrade–it’s always worked on my phone, and has never worked on the newly acquired, but used, iPad 9th gen]
I too found Musopia less than incredibly helpful…
