Great setup! New to looping - my setup is very similar to yours - Helix + RC600 + Akai Advance49. With your Akai MK3 you can simply configure your infinite spin knobs to a different Midi Channel than your pads, then set the infinite spin knobs in the rc600 menu. Really convenient - mine is set up for Trk 1, Trk 2, Trk 3 + Master Faders. Also mic level, and one of the buttons is assigned to mic mute.
