. Thats rad you got that old town gig. Is that where they have that cactus Garden and Day of the dead festival? I think they have like a ghost tours too. I have not been there in a while. But its a nice place if I remember, its right off the 5 right?
My kid is in La Jolla right now actually. She is headed up to Huntington beach tonight. Great playing I didnt get through them all. I will come back for them. So stoked for you Jeff, living the dream.

You are correct on all of your questions. It’s close to the airport in San Diego. I hope your daughter enjoyed San Diego. I was just up in Redondo Beach a few weeks ago for sublime, Lenny Kravitz, Cake, and Alanis Morrisette. My wife won presidential VIP passes meaning we were right against the stage for the show. I hope all is well for you lately. I’m stoked because my new American made Taylor arrived yesterday. As soon as I have a day off I’ll post some pics or video of me playing. Those are made 10 minutes from my house.

Thanks John. As Jason said above I am living the dream here. This is what we all work for and practice to do. I still have lots to learn but feeling very comfortable up on stage in public lately.

Your progress shows. Keep jamming bud 
It was awesome to experience. It takes playing at a whole new level when you have to remember your rhythm, chord progression, lyrics, guitar audio, and voice audio in front of a crowd. I don’t get stage fright, but do worry about equipment malfunctions. My electronics crapped out on my Martin guitar a couple weeks back and had to borrow my friend’s fancy Taylor for the day. So I ended up buying my own American made Taylor and could not be happier. Not sure if you’ve heard of Max McNown, but I am working on one of his songs that really fits well with my voice and playing style called “A Better Me For You”. My wife suggested it and the women are always right
