I just found a top 100 of greatest licks of all time. I think you can find some inspiration there… :thinking: :grin:

Thanks for sharing but for clarity: the linked article is 100 solos, not 100 licks – was that intentional?

Journeying through 100 solos will certainly take some time but just scanning the first 30 or so on the list reminds me of how scant my knowledge of post-80s rock music actually is. Many songs I’ve not heard and some artists I’ve never heard of. More evidence I’m getting old. :melting_face:

True. It’s 100 solo’s, but i was thinking about the posibillity of getting licks from the solo’s, or to get inspiriation for licks.
So those two things got mixed up… :slight_smile:
