New Pedal

I have a new pedal, and I have changed up my pedal board.
The new pedal is Flamma multi effects pedal. So far I have only used the chorus setting. It sound really good. I took my old chorus pedal off which was defective
I also removed my compression pedal after hearing what Arial Posan’s ideas about them during our live guest lecture with him. I had not used it in a long time. I needed that real estate space.

So now what we have in order of the signal chain is a Dolamo D-4 ( Black) British High Gain Distortion, Carl Martin Plexitone clone Clone, Caline English Man Clone

Next is the Dolamo D-11 (Brown) This is a RAT or 3 different RATs rather.
Normal is regular silicon diode clipping like the classic RAT,
Turbo is LED clipping like the Turbo RAT
Solo is no clipping diodes like the LA Metal. The circuits of these 3 RAT pedals are identical except for the clipping stage.

3rd in the chain is the green multi effects pedal.

Last is my 9 space looper pedal. I love these loopers. I really recommend anyone tonget one ASAP. They have really helped me.

My looper

My GSD likes my pedal board also.

He loves the smell of distorted loops in the morning.

Thanks roger. I will

@Ontime New pedals are good. They often kick start a creative thought in me. Your new one looks to have plenty of opportunity to get creative.

Have you thought of using flat cables? You may be able to free up space for a small pedal if you used them.

It’s interesting that you have sacked the compressor. I have a compressor as an always on pedal on my bass board. I put one on the guitar pedal board (I was given a boss CS3 ). I was about to sack it as I couldn’t find a use for it, but was then talked into recording a solo. I found it helped sustain the notes in the solo (my 1st ever solo) which sounded better for it. It also gives my distortion pedal (which I’m using more as an overdrive) a bit of a kick. So it has had a reprieve and as I don’t need the space yet, it can stay. One more pedal will require another power supply though, so choices to make at that point.

Yes, I have seen the flat ones they are definitely a space saver. I will probobly put the compressor back on eventually because I am starting to play with a couple of other people too and also this piece of wood was a temp fix.

I suppose a real board needs to be fashioned soon.

Wow Jason my Labrador is the same she loves just lying on my pedals and cables wonder what it is, Maybe aint nothing but a hound dog. cheers HEC

The cabling is never straightforward. The pedals on my board are mix of large and small, some with inputs at the top, others with inputs on the sides, all of which need different styles of cables to make my board neat  it’s extra important because of course you can’t just arrange the pedals by shape/size, the order being important
