Hold the doggone phone a cotton pickin’ minute! This course is totally misnamed and misbranded. Solo blues sounds like another plink-itty-plink, slidey-slide type of thing. It should be re-branded as “Unaccompanied Blues”, and with that in mind I will give it a look see. I think I can dig this course!

, I’ve always found it very confusing… the old course is also called “Solo Blues Guitar” and every time I see it I think it’s about playing guitar solos,
and never wanted to say anything and thought it was my ‘not understanding the English language’ good …
another name would really work better for some … I just asked my wife next to me what she expected from this course by mentioning this name and yes … she doesn’t understand it either … @FannyJustinGuitar or @Richard_close2u
Is this a point worth paying attention to? Or looking for nails at low tide

Funny to read - I had the same impression, was kind of confused, as I initially thought, it would be tailored for soloing. Turned out, “Solo” is meant different.
Maybe it’s only a language problem for those of us who don’t speak English as their first language, but for me, it was slightly misleading. Might be my own inability, but interesting to read, that’s the same for others too.

I get your point, but I don’t think it matters so much.
“Solo” in guitar is probably more often used for the guy in a band who plays a melody and often goes wild while there are others accompaniying him (waiting for him to finsih and get on 
) , but in the original sense and in other fields than guitar, solo rather means “alone”.
So I think lead guitar “soloing” should rather be renamed in order to make sense and not sound as if there wasn’t a whole band in the background supporting that guy in the foreground. (OK, I am not serious wanting to rename a common signification, but I think that “solo blues” fits here (while “blues solo” would be a different matter))
Well, but maybe someone comes up with a super suggestion different from “Unaccompanied Blues”? I think Justin’s “marketing department” would prefer something more catchy in case they wanted to rename it

It’s about how it comes across at the first glance…I postponed the first purchase and only after seeing and talking to other people about it did I realize that I had to buy it a long time ago…this is an international site…just a commercial tip from a multiple trader here (who ultimately buys everything here that comes loose after a while)…
but with a few people experiencing the same thing so quickly after @clint says it , I would still consider TAKING CLINT SERIOUSLY today …sorry @CT , I know you don’t want us to do that ( you started this 
)

Maybe I read the description at the same time too, I don’t remember, but I didn’t think at all that it was about “soloing”.
And “buy it a long time ago”? like one or two days earlier?
I am taking Clint very very seriously, you all have a point and I am most happy to be here talking to you all - and soon exchange audio and video of our huge “solo blues” achievements
