For a TABS user this is great news and sounds like a real improvement.

By chance my subscription expired a few days ago and I haven’t renewed it. Nothing against the service and it’s possible I will resubscribe in the future. At this moment in time I’m working on other aspects of my guitar playing that don’t require Tabs which is why I’ve allowed it to lapse.

fwiw the way I was using tabs was as a reference to type up my own guitar pro files and then I would practice by playing along with the guitar pro app.

I get this point too. I’ve had several apps, subs, courses over the years which I never got full value out of.

Hi team,
That looks great and clear/simple :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:, and that with extra speeds button will certainly help me a lot when I start singing… super :grinning_face_with_big_eyes:

Of course it’s worth keeping in mind that almost everything Justin does is available without a charge. However he’s got to make a living and pay staff and other running costs, and I think the Tabs specifically incur royalty fees. Personally I feel like I get a lot out of the work he and the team puts in (and this forum too). I subscribe to the tabs and make a monthly donation as a way of giving back. I’m lucky to be in a position where I can do that and appreciate that not everyone can, which is exactly why Justin avoids paywalls where possible.

Couldn’t agree more with Paul’s @mathsjunky statement.

Yes, it’s certainly a juggling act between providing all the expected free content but also keeping up with the demands and needs of the various users and copyright holders. I think he’s been doing an amazingly good job at this so far.

For sure! I am still blown away at the volume and quality of content that is accessible free of charge! :100: :collision:

I have a subscription to Ultimate Guitar. Is this similar? Anyone use both?

This has the tabs for the songs Justin does lessons for, approx 600 songs.
