Will say though, that looks like a hairline crack in the finish. It happens⌠one of my guitars arrived with the same issue. In my case I decided to just keep it, and itâs not causing any problems beyond the cosmetic aspect. It always seems to happen exactly in this spot. I believe it has to do with the very thin finish manufactures uses, which is otherwise a good thing for natural resonance of the guitar.
Hope youâll either get it exchanged, or learn to love it anyway!

Good to know for the future, thanks for your expertise Kasper. I would probably let it slide on any other guitar I have, but the one that will probably be my best one I will buy ever needs to be on impeccable condition!

Quick update before bed time - PMT of course are being quite good and are offering to replace it. With my busy work schedule might be tricky to get it quickly, but hopefully pick up this Friday and drop off at some point next week!

I wish Stefan! Annoyingly took about 3-4 days for guitar to be returned fully and then they said they are waiting for X to restock it and it might take 2 weeks, so it will either arrive just before or after Christmas

Okay so much overdue update is due! As probably noticed by some of you in Merry Christmas thread, my gift has arrived! An American Pro II Strat in Olympic finish, which is awesome! Maple neck, deep C neck profile (to be fair doesnt matter to me what neck shape it is ), SSS V-mod II pickups which really sound sweet! There is also an interesting feature of pushing the bridge tone knob which links it together with neck pup, how cool is that?!
It will be a while though until I record something proper on it, so in the meantime to show what its capable of here is a little demo + a couple of pics. Really excited about this one, definitely one off my bucket list! Thanks Santa
