NGD - Food For Throught vol. 1

Hello there,

I was waiting for this around 10 days and now it is here… physical book Food For Thought vol. 1 by Justin Sandercoe!

I am so happy to have this one and I cant wait to grind and pour fresh cut of coffee and read it!

As not to share only new book… I expect there will be some nice views on how to look on practice and some topics, so it can improve my current system. Today is day 34 I am writing down my own notebook about how much time I spent and what I practiced, how I feel… what is struggle and what is small win. I am writing down this in end of the day before sleep and I think it is helping to my brain to remember things better.
I did not have really problems with memory, I just wanted to boost it little bit more efficient. At this point I can really recommend to everyone trying that, because everything seems more polished - and that comes from the guy that does not like too much strict learning sessions. :slight_smile:
