âTwinkle twinkle little starâ is a good beginner Mozart tune. I hear it rocks!
Fur Elise and Ode to Joy- Beethoven
Nutcracker March- Tchaikovsky (I am working on this)

Thanks. I have started taking a stab at Romanza (Romance), a Spanish classical guitar composition. Itâs hard to play at tempo, and has a lot of fretting hand movement, but the first few measures arenât too difficult and sound good while working on finger style practiceâŚ
Ah, you are already doing better than what I mentioned. I was going real early beginner.
I am working on the nutcracker and an arpeggio study by Carulli, as well as another study piece called Autumn Stream. Which I posted in another thread. All pretty good srr try string pieces.
I will look at âRomanzaâ. I have a need to play things that donât seem to mundane or trite for lack of a better term, so interesting pieces that are a little less common, but suitable for my level are of interest.
It might be nice to have a classical thread here. I think there are a few of us with interest and it definitely is not the focus of Justinâs courses.
Ode to Joy is like the forbidden riff in my home⌠I overdid it
How did I miss this Josh that is absolutely stunning happy ngd a bit belated.
You can blame the mad one for bumping it.
We Irish can have difficulties with that concept
btw, are you fighting fit again?
It is a wonderful sounding guitar, light and articulate, if it were in the right handsâŚ
Today was a change of scenery, with the beater nylon I fixed up. No travel with the fancy stuff.
What the music lacked was made up for by the view.
Wow, what a beautiful placeâŚ
Fraser, Colorado. That is the Fraser River and looking at Perry Peak or âBear clawâ mountain. We are not very remote here, it is in town, but our view and location is nice! A good getaway from the city. But growing crowded like everywhereâŚsigh.
