Way above my p(l)ay grade, but couldn’t resist. Started playing (with Justin) 18 months ago after 40 years pause. First guitar was a MIM Fender Stratocaster SSS. It has great pieces of wood that would look good on custom shop as well. Still use it almost every day. Soon added a PRS Angelicus Custom acoustic guitar. Really lovely instrument. Via a business connection got my hands on a Les Paul Classic plus 2012 in transparent Ebony.
So In my mind I was settled. But via Reverb bumped into a brand new Levison Blade RH-4 Steve Rothery guitar. Approx 24-30 pcs made. So a rare opportunity. As Mr. Rothery is one of my favorite players I hesitated. A friend of mine who also owns one as well advised me to do it anyway. So I did. And it is a piece of art.
