Thanks
We were never married officially, you know… he he…
Congrats on your new baby
Watching the process of production is kinda special too. Out of curiousity, is that your guitar he’s making or just that line of guitars?
If they are very similar, do you think you’ll get Tommy to sign your new one the next time he’s in town? Then you could sell your 2010 Maton and use the proceeds for luring back the prodigal (Gib)son
@CATMAN62 knows someone who can sort out your cat problem
Thanks, Brian. These are photos of this particular guitar (and yes, I checked ). They came on the flash drive.
My old Maton holds too much of a sentimental value to be sold. It’s also signed not only by Tommy.
But of course, I’ll try to get Tommy’s signature if I have such an opportunity.
Oh wow! That’s the kind of thing that would add so much more value for me
I’m well jealous.
Enjoy!
Here you go
More like Jerry Reed style, since it’s Clive Carol’s tribute to Jerry, called “Reed All About It!”
Recorded thru AER Alpha->Line Out->DI->Mac
Wow! She’s beautiful Alexey! Happy NGD!
And sounds gorgeous too! Great demos!
Love it!
You definitely need a great case for such a fine guitar
Again, very nice! Your playing looks so effortless, Alexey… very smooth & delightful to listen to!
Thinking about what technology provides to us here in the Community… you live in Isreal while the people enjoying your posts are all over the world… isn’t that a really amazing thing? I’m sure that the younger members here wouldn’t give it much of a thought, but an awful lot of us were adults before microwave ovens, cell phones, personal computers & the internet were around!
For that matter, here you are, a Russian born (I believe) man of indiscriminate age, living in Israel, playing a song on a guitar built in Australia, which is in tribute to an American Good 'Ol Boy that you’re inspired to play because of a UK born Brit & getting kudos from your virtual friends around the globe!!! Crazy, isn’t it?
Thanks for the enjoyable share with that really stunning Maton, I wish you many hours of musical bliss while coaxing that lovely sound from it!
Tod
Thanks, Tod.
Very poetic message
And very true!
Yeah, watched it the second it was posted
I am impressed they took the time to design the case with flush latches. Just coming from the someone who has been in activities that are very gear intensive most of my adult life, the ability to stow away that stuff efficiently is a major bonus. Non-Flush latches waste space and create a hazard to the body and to the equipment inside and surrounding it. That case looks bomb proof.
