NGD nice little travel acousticguitar

So I picked up this little Luna Safari Muse Travel Guitar Mahogany off a auction site for less than $20 USD. It even came with a small sized soft bag. I couldnt pass it up. I read that these were constructed fairly decently and had a pretty good sound for the size. Who ever donated it to the donation center was using a stick as the string retention pin.

I honesty dont think i have seen a fret board this dirty it was so bad. I cleaned it up tonight and it looks good. I also oiled up the fretboard and it really looks a ton better.

Thanks, yes it did clean up nice. I read a lot of goid things about these little guys. Its got X bracing and it does seem really well constructed. I got lucky eith this pricing as well. Usually when I look on this sight the bidding is much higher, often higher than guitars are even worth tbh. But I couldn’t not bid at this price… LOL

Oh, I lied not $20 it was $21. I had a number of other things and got mixed up with the total. :innocent:

Thank you. I will try and get something down with it. Not sure this mix of strings I coblled togeather is working for it correctly. I may need to change them to a full set. But maybe soon.

Thanks Hec

It’s cool with the moon phase inlay. And I just noticed this afternoon that the sound hole rossette is in the shape of a cresent moon. I sorta dig that and rather than think of it as hippy style I will sort think of it as Black Sabbath or Blue Oyster Cult style. :smiling_face_with_horns:

Good idea, bridge pins plus a nut and saddle.
