intro
Hi, I’m Nick. I’ve had a guitar for 7 years, since my Dad gave me one while I was in college for my birthday. I only started taking it seriously this past 1.5 years when his dementia got so bad that he can’t really communicate any more. God called me into the worship ministry (before I felt ready!) and it’s been an intense ride so far. I’d like to use this space to keep myself accountable.
setup
I have a Fender p2 modded Tele, Boss Katana Artist amp, and a pedalboard way too expensive relative to my skill level.
goals / accountability
I’d like to practice EVERY day for at least 15 minutes. I play at church twice a week for 45+ minutes.
Musical styles
I grew up on Classic/Hard Rock (Floyd/Zeppelin etc) with my Dad. I got into Blues/Jazz recently but don’t really play it, only studying it as it relates to Worship music.
