The only thing i need to set in Zoom is «use original audio» then i am good to go?
Exactly it is quite easy and nothing further required. What I would do now I would create your own meeting on your Zoom and recorded it with Original Sound enabled on and off to see the difference. What you don’t want is noise cancellation as this will make your guitar sound bad, have a look the recording once finished will save onto your pc
With SG easing restrictions this week, and bars able to open late, it may be a case of “will I be back by 2am?”

Hang on it can’t be tomorrow I haven’t seen the multiple discussions on OBS, YT sound levels, re-routing via numerous software channels…ahh I see Toby mentioned it and is thankfully going old skool this time.
As ever I’ll be throwing in an 80s track that those who follow me slightly more closely will have seen me practicing…it’ll not sound quite as good in a non band situation but it’ll be fine. The other will be a normal late 60s/70s rock track again with a few tricksy moments to catch me out but will hopefully be fine! Given I’ll also be performing them in live OM on Sunday I thought it would be good practice.
Great to see so many performers and audience members. Also good to see so many relatively new players taking the plunge…fair to say it’s taken many of us old timers a long time to get to a live performance point.
That sucks. My wife has just tested positive and she is feeling a bit lousy. Hopefully Justin isn’t suffering too much.

I might not be using Reaper this time and all the FX is either Aux looped or internal on the Xenyx AI but…OBS is back !! And I believe the lip sync issues are solved as well. Zoom now just getting the OBS video feed (no audio) and Zoom Audio is the Xenyx direct. All seems well but we’ll see in 24 hours when the green room doors open
Anyway good to see everyone is on form and your excess tensions and stress can be relieved by venting across Le Manche !
