Can somebody at Justin Guitar please help me please.
I have been sending in messages now for a time using the various available methods on the platform.
My problem is I have been Locked Out of the “Music Theory Course” and whenever I try to access a lesson I can only get onto the “Enrol” page. I am a Class 1 BLIM student so should still have access.
Could somebody check what my access permissions are please.
I was removed as well. I put in a message Friday and saw a reply that folks were out until Monday.
I bought lifetime access a couple years back and noticed I lost access Thursday last week at the same time I got an odd credit card charge from JG (9.99 USD). I suspect the two were related.
Is there possibly something happening with the closure of BLIM Class 1 that is doing this? I see ThatMan is also in BLIM1.
Just a suggestion. Do you see PMT listed on your profile on the Dashboard → Account → Purchases? That’s supposed to list all the things we have bought and have access to.
I can see it says it is expired. I can show e-mails and receipts showing that I purchased lifetime access long before BLIM - i dug those up before the weekend for when folks come back to work.
Because of the surprise charge on my credit card (which the card mysteriously rejected) and the timing of my loss of access being coincident, I strongly think this is related to BLIM ending.
The annoying/humorous thing is that I did suggest in the Unit4 feedback that they make sure to get this right. Somehow I knew this was going to go poorly.
Not sure it is BLIM, as I double checked my access to PMT today, as a fellow Blimmer who bought PMT lifetime some years ago. Have you tried accessing via the Journey “tab” on your Dashboard ?
Thanks for flagging this! An announcement is coming later today, but we’re aware that many Blimmers were affected by this issue. To make things right, we’re extending BLIM Class 1 free PMT access until the end of January.
If you had lifetime PMT and lost it, please email me directly. I’m addressing these cases individually—it shouldn’t have been affected, but there may have been some update errors. And I’ll restore your PMT access!! @Thatman@sequences
