Popsicle Stick Practice

Does anyone remember what lesson Justin talked about labeling popsicle sticks with practice items and picking them at random?

I wanted to do something like this but cant find the lesson for reference.

It’s guitar pics but you could use Popsicle sticks pieces of paper or what ever you have handy.
