I really enjoyed your performance of the song @BenHorrocks . I agree with others, you and it need to be heard more widely. I agree that open mics can be nerve racking, but it helps once you realise pretty much everyone is on the performers side.

That’s a great song and a really great performance. You’d do really well at an OM, and I think you’d be able to grab some paid gigs on top of it if you wanted such a thing.
After mentioning that this song comes out of how you feel about living with ADHD as an adult…damn, I feel it now. I’m not sure that I’d rework the lyrics as much as is mentioned elsewhere, but maybe one more verse that makes it a little clearer where this song comes from.
