I reviewed the lessons through module 1. I went to use the practice assistant and it’s blank. that’s not thought out very well. beginners don’t know what to practice. that’s why we are here. there should be a list of practices topics that are in a drop down that grow when you complete a module. flor now, you ask pure beginners to name and contruct a practice session. That’s disappointing and counter-productive. I realize I could spend the time to build things, but we should be focused on guitar, not software.
Brian I presume you are referring to the website rather than the app. At the of end of module 1 there is a lesson called Module 1 practice routine. On that page there is an option to add the routine to the practice assistant.

Alright. I see where you can open a module, save it as an active routine, and then see the menu items in the practice assistant. That works. You just have to figure it out. I reviewed the lesson on the app again. Justin states the app will tell you “exactly what you need to practice.” It will only do so once you build your practice structure perhaps using what you found in the modules.
Your post should be included in module 1’s lesson on how to use the app (or website).
Always good to watch the lessons and read the text on the website in conjunction with the app.
The lessons on the website are as far as I’m aware the same as those on the app but with the added benefit of some notes on the web page.
I’m not familiar with the app anymore but there are many members on here that are and always happy to help out with any questions on using it.
As for the practice assistant tool on the website there is a lesson in Module 1 on how to use it and on the practice assistant page in the about tab there is another video on using it. Again lots of folk on here use the website practice assistant tool, so always someone to answer any questions on using it.
