Practice Assistant glitches?

Hi,

This is Bruce.

I’m trying to use the Practice assistant as per Justin’s video instructions on my mobile phone as my ancient ipad is not up to it. When i try to make a new item, a preloaded list appears that i cant reset or edit. I’m unsure if this is a software problem. Is any one else having this issue?

Can you be more specific, maybe include a few screen captures?
“a picture is worth a thousand words”, well, maybe not, but it does help make sure that folks are answering the correct question.

(to screen capture on my iPhone I click the power button and volume button at the same time.)
