Practice Assistant Reset Routine Bug

Hi, I have been facing a bug where the “Reset Routine” button does not work for the past few days. Nothing happens when I click it.

Things I have tried:

  • Clearing browser data and cache
  • Testing it in two different browsers (Opera and Chrome clean install)
  • Testing it on mobile web browser (Chrome)
  • Switching Active Routines (Everything looks reset but once an item is done, it reverts back to the state where some items are completed)

Currently only items that I have not done before the bug hit remains in the incomplete state, but once I complete the item, it too will join the stuck complete state.

I’ve been having the same issue. I’ve also cleared my browser cache/history, and I’ve tried it on two different devices (which use different browsers and operating systems) to no avail.
