I’ve added an item to a practice routine and want to reorder it but the edit screen for the routine only shows 5 items. How do you view / edit the other items?
Hi Peter, when you click on the edit icon for the practice schedule you want to edit it will show the top 5 practice items. Below them is text saying "show all ## items’. Click on that text to see all items. To edit items specifically you need to select the items menu.

@larynejg - Hello! I’ve been meaning to ask about this for a while, too. I often have more than five items in my practice routine, and add something late in my planning that I want in one of the top five positions. Is it possible to either display more than five items in edit mode, or to the items in a scrollable window (when there are more than five) so we can reorder them? It’s not horrible - I can practice the items in a different order than they are listed - it just feels untidy. FWIW, I witness the same behavior in Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.

Hi @judi, when you go to practice → routines, then click on the little pen in the blue circle to the right of the routine you want to change, you’ll see the first 5 items of that routine. When you then click on ‘show all XX items’ at the bottom, you will get a list of all practice items you stored - not just those active in the given practice routine. The ones in the give routine are marked with a blue tick to the left, and are grouped at the top of the list. Now, to the right of these ticked items you’ll see (very) small, light greyish coloured up and down arrows (look closely, they are there, they’re just doing their best to hide against the background 
). These little arrows allow you to rearrange your practice items in the order you like.

Oh, I see, thank you! I’d seen the similar reply above, and thought I’d tried that - but I think I clicked “select all items” instead of “show all”. Oops. 
Some ideas for updating the practice assistant :
Make a button that lets people mark all modules videos as complete/incomplete at once.
Completely redo practice system to be more minimalist, make it so there is only one tab, with an edit mode.
I don’t know if other people look at them, but I stopped looking at progress stats quite soon, they might be unnecessary.
Make it so it is easy to reorder practice items, use a drag handle rather than up/down reorder arrows.
When adding an item, there should be quick settings for OMC or PFC, plus other common items such as song practice.
When making an item and typing in the duration, it is unclear whether it is in minutes or seconds.
Maybe put the 'My Songs" section at the bottom of the practice page?
There is also a fair amount of unused space on either side.
I made some quick shabby pictures of what I think would look good. It is minimalistic, but additional features appear when hovering over modules, like a stop/go button when hovering over the metronome or edit button when hovering over the tasks module. The video player module could be expanded out, with the timer shrinking and appearing in the top corner of the video.
Maybe put a scroll bar on the side of the tasks list when more tasks are added than there is space for.
