Hi,
I purchased the app on 3/23 - got my welcome email and instructions on how to redeem my subscription. When I click on “open app and redeem” in the email it takes me to a “start a free trial page”. Not sure why - since I purchased the app and my card has been charged. I have emailed justin.feedback@musopia.net a couple times and no response. Any help would be appreciated.

One thing to try is making sure you are logged in to justinguitar.com first. I get a variety of emails from justin with links that only work if you are logged in.
Thanks Tony I tried that and it didn’t work. I think this app is not part of the justinguitar.com suite of offerings. Its a Justin app from a company called Musopia.
That’s a shame. Sigh.

Musopia support team received your most recent message through the app (‘About’ → ‘Give us feedback’) and resolved the activation issue on your account. This is the best way to contact them because it includes technical details that allow them to assist you more quickly. They are also looking into why your earlier emails did not reach them.
