Doesn’t work. Tried dropping a number of JPEGs and tried adjusting size to fit better in the Header box and nothing happened. The photos just stayed static size, no stretch or shrinkage. Ended up doing several manual adjustments in Win Paint until I got something that fitted reasonably. 
I got nowhere with it today either
