Hi @macadminrohit!

Just to clarify a couple of things:

Could you let me know which paid song course you’re referring to?

Also, when you mention the portal, do you mean the subscription for the JustinGuitar Lessons & Songs App?

Just a quick heads-up — the app and the website are two separate platforms, and purchases or subscriptions on one won’t sync with the other.

You can view all of our website-based digital products here (they’re listed separately from the app):
https://www.justinguitar.com/store/website-products

Once I know exactly which product you’re referring to, I’ll be able to help further.

Cheers,
Fanny

Hi @FannyJustinGuitar , i am most interested in the Songs course and the music theory course for now, once i complete the beginner and intermediate stage , i will go for Advanced but there is still time for it . Ok so when i click on the subscription on justin guitar app , it shos me $129 an year, is that not for everything which is available on justin guitar website ?

Website and app are 2 completely different animals. Paying for the app gets you nothing on web paid courses

Hello @macadminrohit
Rohit.

The lessons and courses available for free on the JustinGuitar website constitute the vast majority of Justin’s content for guitar learners. He has always offered it for free on an honour-based system … donations accepted from those who can afford it.

The link Fanny gave leads to the merchandise and products part of the website.

Of these six items:

Five are premium courses and are the only courses that cost money, the only courses not freely available to all. The TAB option is not a ‘course’ but a ‘service’ … it gives access to tabs for the 750+ song lessons Justin has created and made available (for free) on the website. He has entered legal agreements with publishers and copyright holders and as a matter of artistic respect and integrity, he refuses to offer tabs for copyright protected content without paying for it … hence that service must be chargeable.

Also via the link Fanny provided are physical products and merchandise.

Physical products.

The middle section are songbooks and other learning resources.

Downloads.

Apps (other, including the new and developing music theory app).

And then there is the Songs and Lessons App.

— — —

No - that is purely for the Songs & Lessons App.
Each of the premium courses are separate items. A purchase of / subscription to one does not give access to any of the others.
Note - for the Songs & Lessons App, that there is a discounted promo sale on at the moment which becomes a lifelong discount if you auto-renew.

The Practical Music Theory is either a web-based course or an App based course. The latter is new and is still being developed with content being added on a very regular basis.

I hope that is useful in helping you decide.
