I said it to Ali that it was strange but really cool to have someone cover something I wrote. Not something that I ever thought would happen when I started out learning a few years back. Ali did a tremendous job on the song and I am really happy how it turned out.

Whoa good to see Community members covering our own members originals, that could well be a first. Have to be careful now on observations and not upset Eddie but that sounded great. Mix worked well with the harmonising. Nicely played and sweet vox.
You’ve been putting out some solid recordings Ali and been an active engaged member here since you rocked up. So I’d love to see you at one of our JGC Open Mics and by coincident we might have an opening . . . .

Near perfect balance between voice and guitar, and some subtle harmony in the backing vocal. This is a really good performance of an apparently simple song that is quietly enchanting. Love it!

Thank you for listening to my cover of Eddie’s awesome song. I dropped the song off & then went on vacation. I do appreciate all the compliments but the credit goes to Eddie, I loved the song so much! Covering someone else’s original is kinda scary-I am unable to duplicate things so I just do me & hope the end result is ok.

I appreciate the invitation to your open mic.
I have no clue how to do videos or facetime or any of that stuff, Im tech illiterate. I also have issues with internet/wifi (I live in a remote area) I dont always have an internet connection & the wifi is spotty too. Uploading & downloading is time consuming & sometimes even watching Neflix is impossible with the constant buffering. So I just dont think that is something I am able to do
