I just tried playing this lesson on my PC, tried Edge and Chrome, and both displayed a message stating :Sorry, because of privacy settings this video cannot be played here. I can play it on my iPhone and iPad but I’d prefer to be able to watch it on my PC

Sorry, I completely forgot about this as I have been using an iPad. To answer your question, yes, I am logged into my Justin Guitar account on my Windows 11 PC.

@BrokenSpoke That is strange Dave. Do any of the other modules of Practical Music Theory play on your computer? Is the problem only with this video lesson?
I randomly selected videos through Grade 3, same problem. Are the videos supposed to be viewable on a PC? If so, then I’ll start looking at the browser settings and AV settings.

Yes, everything should be viewable on PC, Mac, tablet, mobile etc.
Thanks for getting back to me. Based on your reply I started taking a look at my browser settings and my AV, Bitdefender. I found that I needed to add an exception for https://www.justinguitar.com in the Bitdefender Anti-tracker browser plugin. Once I did that I was able to load the videos. Thanks again fore the help!
