Hey Justin, 6 months in to it here, and really enjoying your teaching style!

I’ve spotted the walkdown you do between C and Am here a few times in your lessons (Leonard Cohoen’s Hallelujah for example), and i’d love to know exactly what you’re doing, it’s a lovely sound. I’m seeing the B on the 5th string clearly, but there’s something else you’re doing on the 4th string. Perhaps a pulloff on Fret 2 (E)?

Anyway, cheers mate!

Hi Alex @Alex2813
Welcome here and have a lot of fun :sunglasses:
and Instead of finding out what happened in that lesson, I looked this up for you … since you are "only " 6 months in and don’t know how many hours a day you play (because that says way more ), but I started doing these things myself a little before six months in, so I’ll post a link …hopefully not too far above your level because then I say sorry, but otherwise have fun with it :sunglasses:

How to Link Guitar Chords

your answers can be found here

Oh well, I didn’t feel completely happy with that long answer of mine… 1 great tip that makes things very easy … set the video to a slower play setting of 75/50% speed by pressing that wheel. settings…than you see clearly what he is doing

Thanks Roger! I’m not into Grade 3 quite yet, so i’m probably being a bit too ambitious, but thank you, that looks like exactly what i’m after.

Just slowed it down as you said, and i think I’ve figured it out, i think it was being thrown off by the slight change in strumming pattern on that last bar of C, I think Justin’s playing a Csus2 actually and then hammering back on the 4th string before the walkdown to Am.

Thanks again!
