I’m back! I’ve had a bit of a break from the guitar. In late January I became unwell for few months and then as soon as I was in better health it was time for me and my partner to pack up all our possessions and move temporarily to my parents home, living out of suitcases. We have just moved in to our new home and I’m happy to say my guitar is out of it’s case! It’s been such a long time since I played my guitar I’m feeling a little nervous and apprehensive! Sharing my experience to acknowledge this important moment for me!
Hi Rowena,
Great to have you back. And congratulations on your new home. Must be a huge relief as well to have your own space back.
Pretty normal I suppose to be a bit apprehensive and nervous returning to guitar after a forced break. May take a week or 2, but you’ll likely find things start coming back to you, and you’ll be on your way again
And of course we’re all still here to help you out.
All the best.
Cheers, Shane

Hi Rowena,
I’m sorry about the dip you went through in your life, I sincerely hope that things continue to go well for you ,…and that the guitar can help you with that I’m convinced … I wish you all the best and hope to hear and see more from you … Kind regards From the other side of the channel,
Rogier

Bit of a late reply(!) Thanks everyone for your support. Really encouraging . Surprisingly I’ve remembered a lot more than I though I would have done. Fingers are now toughening up nicely
