Hi, the problem i have is each time I tap on a lesson video in the app the message “Sign in to prove you are not a bot” comes up, but it wont let me sign in. Anyone got a fix for this please?
I sometimes get that on the website too when I try to play a song lesson even though I’m already signed in.

Are you using safari on an apple device? This worked for me.

As already mentioned by @Beatup6String, a possible solution might be to downgrade the privacy settings in your browser. If you don’t want to let google force you into giving up some of your privacy, instead of clicking on the arrow (or the middle of the video window) to start the video, clicking either on the video title at the top of the video window, or on the “watch on youtube” button in the lower lefthand corner used to do the trick for me (I don’t have the problem at the moment, so can’t test if it still works). Both will take you to YouTube instead of playing the video on the JG webpage. It’s a tad inconvenient, but you might find it preferable to changing your privacy settings.

Thanks @Beatup6String and @LadyOfTheCastle Yes I use Safari and your suggestion about privacy settings is probably the issue although it only happens occasionally.
However, I think the OP was about using the app, not the website.
