Omgosh I so needed to hear this. I am brand new to guitar, I started on June 1st. I’ve learned the first 8 cords but am really struggling with cord changes. I had forgotten about air changes & moving all fingers at once. And slowing down. Being a little over 2 months in was feeling a bit discouraged. Thank you for posting!!! Btw I’m older too 63 yrs old.
