There are 771 songs currently available, and even with filters there could be many ā€œView Moreā€ loads to get through them, which is OK. But once you open a song to check it out and then go back to continue browsing, you are returned to the first page in itā€™s original state and have to hit ā€œView Moreā€ a bunch of times to get back to where you were. I donā€™t think Iā€™ve ever gotten to the end of the list. Two options to make this work a little better might be to open or allow to be opened song links in new tabs. Iā€™ve tried in Chrome and Firefox and ā€œright clickā€ - ā€œopen in new tabā€ isnā€™t an allowed option. Or, be able to return back to the song page in itā€™s scrolled state when you hit the back button from a song lesson.

You can go through the filtered song list and save the interesting ones ba clicking on the heart, then you can go through the saved songs in favorites in the dashboard and here is the option to open in a new tab. It doesnā€™t solve the issue, but may help a little bit

You can also add songs to your song book on the dashboard. Itā€™s devided into 3 sections. Campfire(easy) Developer and Dreamer.

Yes, thatā€™s a work around. Would like new tab option though.

Itā€™s at least partly browser/operating system dependent. Iā€™m on Safari. When I click ā€œview moreā€, open a song lesson, then return to the song listing page Iā€™m at the same location, no need to click ā€œview moreā€ again. I canā€™t open the lesson in a new tab however.

@stitch Rick, thanks for reminding me about the dashboard songbook. I had been using a spreadsheet to keep the lessons organized, but the dashboard songbook would be great for keeping the current lessons organized.

@ LadyOfTheCastle Good point, iā€™ve checked it in google chrome and the same behaviour, you can go back to last scroll position with no need to click ā€œview moreā€ again. But no option for open the lesson in a new tab or window

I will pass this on to the team.
Most JG website links open in a new tab.
It may be labour intensive to retrofit 700 plus song lesson links with the coding so I am unsure how quickly it could / would be completed.
