So far, my worst problem by far is stretchy fingers, specifically my pinky finger. I can barely get it on the right place if I use my right hand to lift my left pinky and push it over. What do you recommend?

The lesson Rob has linked to was a massive help to me. Just a few weeks of doing that exercise every single day before starting my guitar practice made a huge difference to my stretching distance. Highly recommended. Just don’t expect it to make a difference overnight… as with most things guitar, improvement is gradual.
