I’m David, can anyone help with this?
I’m subscribed to the JustinGuitar songs app and bundled with that is the Strumming Foundations course which I’ve previously been able to access. Today when I attempt to open it, a ‘Buy now - just $39.99’ window appears. My premium subscription is currently paid up and active, except for the Strumming Foundations.
I sent the above to the JustinGuitar App feedback portal and the automatic reply informed me that the strumming course needs to be purchased separately.
True or false?

Be sure you are logged onto justinguitar.com before trying to access paid for content. If it thinks you are logged out, it will assume you don’t have it
