I am looking for some feedback on this course and if the bundle or just the Strumming Dynamics would be of benefit.
To give you some contest I am ok with basic strumming and chord changes but its the things like this
that I struggle with the quick changes and the muting.
Also things like long train running.

I’ll be curious what people say about it. I’ve been thinking about it, as what you posted above is outside my ability level right now, too.
I bought the Strumming SOS bundle last night, as I wanted something new to practise without getting too heavy into any one thing however I’ve only let the first couple lessons play in the background so far.
If I get a chance later, I’ll have a flick through the later lessons to see what they actually contain.
However, that sequence is more about how you fret the triads.
If you use your third finger to barre with the tip just over the 4th string, when you get to the 567 triad, you can roll your third finger up so it’s only fretting the 7th fret and place your 1st and 2nd fingers onto the 5th and 6th frets, roll it back down to barre for the 7th, then repeat but slide up to the 9th fret.
And play it with all down strums, to make the percussive hits easier/more consistent.
