I recorded this beautiful tune following the arrangement by the two artists on their joint project ‘Neck And Neck’. There are three tracks mixed; not everything is perfect, but I was too tired to start from scratch, I hope you’ll like it nonetheless.
The key is A, I played it on my new LP Studio; amp/cab modelling (Fender Princeton) - Line6 POD Express, additional effects - Line6 HX1.
Well done Thomasz! Not everyone would dare take on a cover of these two guitarists!
I expected something good Tomasz before I clicked play. High standards are what I expect from you. In keeping with the song title that’s a sweet production
Nicely played Tomasz!!!
Two musical inspirations of mine… I love their duets & your take on this song does them both justice!!!
Well done!!!

I love it, Tomasz! So well played! ![]()
And I also own this album and like it a lot!
And while I am happy here being in holidays, I also look forward to recording something with my guitar back home…
@TheCluelessLuthier @Willsie @CATMAN62 @domi7 Many thanks, guys, for listening and the kind words; I’m glad you liked it. Yes, I love the ‘Neck And Neck’ album, too, and am going to try to record some other tunes.
Well played Tomasz, a pleasure to listen to. Thanks for sharing.
Lovely!!!
Lovely playing Tomasz!
@Malz @AJSki2fly @twistor59 Thanks so much for taking the time to listen. You guys have made me really happy, let me tell you that I spent more than 2 hours recording and post-processing this piece, and it doesn’t happen normally, especially when I record my ‘originals’.
So, even if just several people here like it, it’s the best reward for my work.
Thanks again, your input is much appreciated.

Now buy a camera quick i want to see you play ![]()

Thanks for listening, Rogier.
Hehe… that wouldn’t make much sense in my case. Recording a video is great when someone sings and plays some accompaniment, while I need to record two tracks, minimum, more often three or four, then mix them in a program and polish the final result doing some post-processing. I bet you wouldn’t like to see me doing that… ![]()
