So this my attempt at Sweet Home Chicago. It’s a little different from how Justin teaches it, but I got ideas from other versions. It still needs work, but I’m surprised with my progress. I’m so glad I signed up for BLIM!
Good job, James. Make it your own, that’s where the music lives!
One thing (I am still working on this!) you might consider is slowing it way down, one chunk at a time.
Keep up the good work!
Love that you made it your own, sooo blues!
I’ve not had a go at this one yet but its on the list…
Well done . It sounds really good and, as was said earlier, making it your own is what music is all about. There are so many variations of this song that all sound good. Your version is yours and also sounds good.
Nice James! Keeping the spirit of BLIM alive and well.
NIce job James! The song became more musical and smooth as you went along. A good show of confident blues playing.
Nice Job James,
That was great.
Thanks! I do have to work on more!
Go for it! I never thought I would ever play it, even badly!
