Welcome to JustinGuitar, Bibi.

Really impressive playing on this video and on a few of the others I took a look at on your channel.

There is no rule in the Community that says you should always introduce yourself before posting in AVOYP but we do like to get to know each other. So please consider sharing an intro here that covers some personal background, guitar history and goals as a student of JustinGuitar and member of the Community Community Hub > Introduce yourself ...

You should also view these topics as a new joiner: Community Etiquette and Rules and New addition to the rules & etiquette and guidance for Community Recordings (AVOYP etc.)

Once again, warm welcome to the Community.

Nice Bro. I am so down with SOAD, super heavy too. I remember when they dropped Sugar it was refreshing. They were another Rick Rubin discovery and They put on an very good show. I fear they wont be getting back togeather for anymore releases either, but who knows.

You played that real nice, fairly clean as well. I totally got into it. I love it when someone post something in it alters my morning music choices. Cause today im now listening to Toxicity already. It’s good to see some metal up here on Justin’s, I know its the thing to classify everything now a days so Nu-metal lols .

Regardless Multiply/X is a great song. Good stuff, and thanks for posting that for us. I hope to see more of you stuff and glad that you found your way to the community Bibi.

Very good Bibi. Really enjoyed it even know I’m not usually looking to listen to the type of music you played. have you thought about trying to reduce the amount your fretting fingers travel? Justin talks about flying fingers. Paraphrasing: lots of finger travel being fixed by practicing minimal movement.

Like a bit of SOAD and that was well played. But dropping the video with no intro and no back story Mmm ? Lots of good stuff on your YT Channel by the looks of things and enjoyed Deerdance. But with the deepest respect, this post looks like a fishing expo for your channel.

If you have a vested interest in Justin Guitar I will happily eat humble pie sir. So in the meantime welcome and as Mr Preece says please share your back story and what brings you to the the Justin Guitar Community.

Thanks a lot for your feedback! You’re absolutely right — my fretting and picking hands can be all over the place sometimes. I know my technique isn’t always the most efficient, and that’s probably because I mostly learned by watching YouTube videos and practicing on my own at home, without any formal lessons. That’s actually one of the reasons I joined the forum and started going through Justin’s courses — trying to build a stronger foundation. I really appreciate you pointing it out!

Hey, thanks a lot for the feedback and for checking out my videos — glad you enjoyed Deer Dance! I totally get where you’re coming from. To be honest, I joined the forum and started Justin’s course after a friend recommended it, saying there was a lot of valuable content. At first, I didn’t realize there was a proper intro etiquette, so I posted my video thinking this section was just a space to share YouTube covers and get feedback. I introduced myself later when I understood how things work around here — my bad on that.

As for the post seeming like a promo — I get how it might look that way, but honestly, trying to get 40 views instead of 20 isn’t going to change much in my “guitar career” haha. I mostly post my covers to track progress, stay motivated, and yes, satisfy my ego a bit — some of those videos take ages to put together, so hearing feedback really helps. If I can’t keep posting my videos hopefully the moderators could let me know and I would not share them anymore.

Anyway, here’s a bit about me: I’m Stefano, originally from Italy, and I’ve been playing guitar on and off for about 16 years. I’m not a beginner, but I started taking JustinGuitar more seriously recently to improve my technique and gain more consistency. My main goals now are improving rhythm, fingerstyle, and getting more confident with improvisation and songwriting. Since I learned mostly from YouTube and on my own, I know my technique can be a bit inefficient — that’s something I’m actively working on.

Really looking forward to being part of the community — seems like there are a lot of great players and supportive energy here!

Thanks for filling in the gaps Stefano. Good to see you are following the coursework as Justin certainly has something for everyone and at all levels. And if you think you may have pick up some bad habits along the way, a look at some of the earlier grades may flush them out. Plus there are folk in the Community with a wide range of experience and always around should you have any questions. Look forward to hearing more.

Again, welcome to the Community.

Wow - this is great! Definitly advanced level of playing - very nicely done. No way for me to match this speed level even close

Very nice playing Stefano! You have really good hand synchronization. As @Willsie suggested, maybe you could speed things up even more (for a different song obv!) if you worked on the finger travel distance thing. (But that’s just a guess - I can’t play metal to save my life )
