I sent a message to the JG team yesterday as I had a problem with a JG subscription.

In less than 24 hours, Laryne replied with a follow up message. She sent me a second email a few hours later to say she had fixed the problem. I’m super impressed with her efficiency and the graceful way she dealt with my enquiry.
