Hi during module 2 i got a thumb blister from playing football(American) it will probably take a long time to heal so do i use a pick take a break and restart or just go through the pain

Hi Ronnie @SportGuitar15, fellow beginner (starting Grade 3) here. I’m assuming the blister is on the thumb of your strumming hand. By all means, pick up the pick! Learning guitar presents enough challenges without a sore thumb. :smiling_face: And you’ll want to learn to use a pick anyway, even if it turns out you prefer playing without. Keep us posted on how your thumb heals!
